How AllForStudents works

For students

1. Search your city or university. Type where you will study in the search box. Every city and university has its own page showing residences, rooms, sublets, roommates and marketplace items nearby.
2. Compare and save. Filter by price, room type, bills included or furnished, and tap the heart to save listings to your favourites.
3. Message safely. Contact the landlord, provider or student directly through our messaging system. Never pay before you have seen the room (in person or by live video) and have a written contract.
4. Post your own ad. Looking for a roommate, subletting your room for a semester or selling your desk before you leave? Create a free listing in a couple of minutes.

For landlords and accommodation providers

1. Create an account as a homeowner/landlord or as an accommodation provider.
2. Add your listing with clear photos, the real price, what is included and the availability dates.
3. Moderation. Our team reviews every listing — usually within one working day. You receive a notification when it is approved, or a note explaining what to change.
4. Answer students from your inbox and keep your listing up to date. Listings expire automatically so students only see current offers — renew with one click.

Listing rules

• Real photos of the actual property or item — no stock images.
• The full price, including any mandatory fees.
• No requests for payment outside a written agreement, no deposits by money transfer services before a viewing.
• No discrimination that is not allowed by local law.
