1. The service

AllForStudents is an online platform that connects students with housing providers, landlords, roommates and sellers. We are not a party to any rental or sales agreement made between users.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One person may hold one account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Listings and content

• All listings are reviewed before publication. We may refuse, edit for formatting, or remove any content.
• You must have the right to offer what you list and to publish the photos you upload.
• Listings must show the real price and must not be misleading, discriminatory or illegal.

4. Messaging

Use messaging only for genuine enquiries. Spam, harassment and requests for unsafe payments are prohibited.

5. Liability

We work hard to keep the platform safe but cannot guarantee the accuracy of user content. Always view a property and read the contract before paying.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website.
